Counting Cubes

You control nothing but a cursor. Your only task is to look at a jumbled pile of cubes and figure out how many there are. You click numbered buttons to submit your guess. The trick is that some cubes are hidden from view, tucked behind others in the isometric stack. This forces you to mentally parse the layers, to see the gaps and infer what might be inside. The pace is entirely your own, but the difficulty ramps up as the piles become more complex and deceptive. It feels like a quiet test of your spatial reasoning, a small, personal puzzle to solve.
