About Chiclon
Chiclon was one of those simple, absorbing games from the Flash era. You would find it on a portal, load it up in your browser, and be playing within seconds. It didn't need a complicated backstory or elaborate graphics to pull you in.
You control a cursor, using it to carefully inflate a series of gum-like balloons. The core action is a steady click and hold to make them grow, but you have to stop before they pop. Your main objective is to expand each balloon to its required size, marked by a dotted line, and then safely deposit it into a collection bin. This is complicated by floating partners and sharp obstacles that drift across the screen; a single touch from them will burst your creation. The pacing is deliberate, demanding patience over quick reflexes. It creates a quiet tension, where a single slip means starting the level over, and that focus on precarious growth gives the game a uniquely fragile feel.
