About Bowman

Back when Flash games were a common way to pass time online, Bowman was one of those simple titles you'd find on a school computer or a gaming portal. It didn't need a complicated story or fancy graphics. You just opened it in a browser and started playing.

You control an archer on one side of the screen, facing an opponent on the other. Your mouse draws the bow, pulling back to set the arrow's power and moving up or down to adjust the angle. Each turn, you take one shot, then watch as your arrow arcs across the landscape. The goal is to hit the other archer before they hit you. The physics feel loose; a slight change in your cursor makes a big difference in where the arrow lands. The game moves at a slow, deliberate pace, with each miss bringing your opponent closer to a clear shot. It feels like a quiet test of patience, where a single mistake ends the round.
