About Bistro Stars
Bistro Stars was one of those games you'd find tucked away on a Flash gaming site in the late 2000s. It fit right in with the era's casual, time-filling titles you could play in a browser window between other tasks.
You control a server in a busy restaurant. Your job is to match orders from customers by clicking on identical food items, like burgers or sodas, before they stack up and leave. The main objective is to keep the queue of orders from overflowing for as long as possible. You click on groups of three or more identical items to clear them, which makes new ones fall into place. The pace starts calmly but builds steadily, and the challenge comes from managing multiple orders at once while the screen gets crowded. It feels like a simple, rhythmic scramble to keep everything from falling apart.
