13 Guardians

You control a single warrior from an overhead view, moving with the keyboard and attacking with the mouse. Your immediate goal is to survive each arena, defeating waves of lesser enemies before facing one of the thirteen guardians. The combat involves timing your strikes and managing your position to avoid getting surrounded. The game moves at a brisk pace, and the difficulty comes from the sheer number of foes you face at once. It feels like a constant, hectic scramble to stay alive.
