About Zona 0

Zona 0 is a DOS game whose core mechanics are derived from the snake genre, with a clear but unlicensed inspiration from the TRON property. The player and computer opponents each control a light cycle, a vehicle that moves across a bounded grid.

Movement is restricted to 90-degree turns, and every bike leaves behind a solid trail that cannot be crossed. The objective is to survive longer than all opposing cycles, which allows progression to subsequent stages. As the arena fills with these permanent trails, avoiding collision becomes challenging.
