About Unreal

Unreal is set in a world shaped by a creation myth detailed in its manual. A servant named Fragor was sent to the planet with life-giving eggs but crashed, unleashing chaos. From this event, both the evil entity Polymorphe and the secluded Barbares civilization emerged. The story follows two Barbares, Artaban and Isolde, and their dragon ally Dracus. After Isolde is captured by Polymorphe, Artaban must rescue her, aided by a magical sword forged from the comet that struck Fragor.

The player controls Artaban, who can travel on foot or ride Dracus. The goal is to reach Polymorphe's Flying Castle located at the Burning Sea. Progress involves navigating interactive terrain, such as hills and snowy slopes where falling from heights is a hazard, while solving puzzles and engaging in combat across levels.

Success in a level requires achieving a target score before advancing. Health depletion leads to game over, but it is fully restored upon completing a level, making the progression fair. The game integrates its narrative premise directly with the objective of the quest.
