About The Secret Island of Dr. Quandary

The Secret Island of Dr. Quandary begins with a deceptive carnival game. A player who stops at the Troggle Shoot attraction is offered a doll by Dr. Quandary, regardless of their performance. This act triggers a transfer of the player's consciousness into the doll, which is then sent to a hidden island.

On the island, the objective is to regain one's original body. Instructions found in a message in a bottle and a letter explain that a Fixer Elixir must be brewed. This requires collecting specific items, which are earned by solving various puzzles. These puzzles are adaptations of established types, such as musical sequence repetition, Tangram, and the Tower of Hanoi.

The game features three distinct difficulty settings, each represented by a differently named doll: B. Ginner, O.D. Nary, and D. Feecult. The challenging nature of the higher levels is determined by factors like an increased number of puzzle elements. Throughout the adventure, the player interacts with island inhabitants while being observed by Dr. Quandary.
