About The Legend of Kyrandia: Hand of Fate

Fables & Fiends: Hand of Fate is the second game in the Kyrandia trilogy. The setting faces a crisis as the land itself is vanishing, a problem the high council mistakenly believes can be solved by a central world anchor.

Players control the sorceress Zanthia, who discovers the anchor is ineffective and that a giant hand in the possession of her friend Marco may be the source of the sabotage. Her objective is to prevent Kyrandia from disappearing entirely.

The game operates as a point and click adventure where interaction is limited to on screen highlights using a single cursor, without separate action commands or branching dialogue. A central activity involves gathering components to create magic spells, which forms the basis for many puzzles.
