Rampage

Review
Also known as
Rampage!

This arcade smash-'em-up challenges up to three mutated players to demolish cities while evading military forces and managing hunger.

Rampage was originally released in arcades in 1986. The DOS version was released in 1988 by Activision.

About Rampage

Rampage is a DOS game where up to three players control mutated humans who attack urban structures. The characters George, Lizzy, and Ralph have been transformed into a gorilla, a lizard, and a werewolf due to a failed experiment.

Gameplay focuses on demolishing buildings by repeatedly striking their edges until they collapse. While doing this, players must contend with police and military forces that fire upon them; these threats can be destroyed or avoided. To maintain their monstrous size and prevent reverting to human form, characters must consume available items such as plants.
