About Questron II

Questron II is a sequel that maintains the foundational role playing structure of its predecessor. The player character begins as an impoverished peasant, initially equipped with little beyond a meager amount of currency and a confrontational disposition for protection.

The adventure unfolds across two distinct landmasses, Landor and the Realm of Sorcerers, which feature various castles, tombs, and dungeons. Progression is achieved by exploring these areas and engaging in combat with numerous creatures, which in turn yields improvements in experience, social standing, and financial resources.

This installment introduces a new narrative premise involving time travel. The benevolent Wizard Mesron dispatches the player to a period prior to the creation of the Book of Magic. The primary objective is to confront and overcome six Mad Sorcerers to prevent them from ever forging the book, a goal distinct from the first game's mission to defeat the Wizard Mantor.
