Jet Set Willy

In this platform game, the player controls Willy, who must clean every room of his large mansion. The task must be completed before his housekeeper allows him to go to bed.

The mansion contains more than sixty interconnected rooms, all accessible from the beginning. Navigating the space is challenging due to the complex layout, where some rooms have multiple entry points. This design encourages players to create a map of the environment.

Gameplay involves avoiding various threats within each room, including moving creatures and static dangers like spikes. A life is lost immediately upon contact with any hazard or from a long fall, returning the player to the entrance of that room. Certain objects, such as ropes, can be used for climbing and may be grabbed while jumping.

A notable feature is the inclusion of a manual protection system, which uses a sheet of numbers corresponding to colors.
