About In Search of Dr. Riptide

In Search of Dr. Riptide is a side scrolling arcade action game. The player assumes the role of a naval agent tasked with locating a secret undersea laboratory operated by the antagonist, Dr. Riptide, and stopping its destructive activities.

Gameplay involves navigating underwater caverns primarily with a submarine. For accessing more confined spaces, a smaller JASON submersible is also available. The player's capabilities can be improved through the collection of Power-Ups during exploration.
