About Husita

The game is a real time strategy title with a commercial release, set against the backdrop of the early 15th century Hussite Wars in Bohemia. Players can command either the Hussite or Crusader factions in distinct single player campaigns or engage in multiplayer for up to eight participants over a network.

Its economic systems diverge from typical resource gathering models. Instead of mining, sustaining an army requires managing population growth, gathering tax money, and securing food supplies. The populace, which can also be recruited from villages, possesses a loyalty metric that must be monitored to prevent rebellion.

Visually, the game shares similarities with Warcraft II in its presentation of units and buildings. Beyond the included scenarios and a level editor, post release support added a tool for modifying unit statistics.
