About Hugo II: Whodunit?

Hugo II: Whodunit? is a sequel in the Hugo adventure series, adopting a style similar to Sierra's AGI titles. The player primarily directs Penelope's movements with arrow keys and inputs text commands.

The narrative begins with Hugo and Penelope visiting his Great Uncle Horace's mansion. After Penelope falls asleep, Hugo becomes trapped in a hidden room, leading her to wake and observe a murder through a keyhole. Solving this crime becomes the central objective, with control shifting between Penelope and Hugo.
