About Dungeon Hack

Dungeon Hack is a graphical adaptation of Hack that utilizes the Eye of the Beholder III engine. Its core functionality revolves around a construction set, enabling players to design and explore their own dungeons.

The experience is defined by procedural generation, capable of producing over four billion distinct dungeon layouts. This system allows for granular control, permitting regeneration of the complete environment or selective elements like item placement, architectural style, and the density of monsters or traps.

A notable feature is the inclusion of a challenging permadeath mode, which results in the permanent deletion of a character and all associated save files upon death.

The character creation system is pretty powerful for a dungeon crawl.
The dungeons are as customizable as you can get short of actually placing the walls yourself.

How would you like this character in your Baldur's Gate party! In a solo game like this, multi-classing is highly recommended.
The automap is a very welcome addition to the Eye of the Beholder engine. You can even see monsters in any place you've already explored.
