About Double Agent

Double Agent is a DOS game that expands upon the concept of the earlier title Spy vs. Spy. Players take on the role of an agent competing against another, either human or computer-controlled, to complete specific objectives first. These missions involve actions like securing documents or eliminating the rival agent.

Gameplay revolves around searching locations for items that can be used to set traps within the environment, such as in plants or furniture. These traps can also be disarmed using other objects found nearby. A challenging element is introduced by a third agent that appears later to disrupt both primary players. Each character is armed with a shotgun for direct confrontation.

Being caught in a trap or killed results in a loss of collected items and a return to the starting position. The DOS release features animated sequences and offers a choice between four different characters for the player.
