About Discovering America
Discovering America is a DOS title that frames its educational content within an adventure game structure. The player assumes the role of a Spanish conquistador navigating the southeastern parts of North America.
Gameplay involves selecting areas on a map to explore, with activities including trade, interaction, and the collection of resources like gold. This process integrates historical information about early colonial and native societies into the experience.
