About A-10 Tank Killer

A-10 Tank Killer is a simulation focused on operating the A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft. Its primary role involves engaging armored vehicles, though objectives can also include the destruction of infrastructure like roads and bridges.

Gameplay systems include multiple camera perspectives and an automated landing procedure. A time acceleration feature is available, and mission outcomes are persistent; targets left undestroyed in one scenario may become threats in later missions.

The player's main weapon is a rapid-firing 30mm cannon. Other characters possess independent AI and will communicate during flights. An updated 1991 release added seven new missions based on Operation Desert Storm.
