Apache

Review
Also known as
Apache Longbow アパッチロングボウ

This combat flight simulator challenges you to pilot the AH-64 through four theatres, with an arcade mode for simplified controls.

Apache Longbow was developed and published by Digital Integration for DOS in 1995; this is the original release of the game on any platform.

About Apache

Apache is a 1995 DOS flight simulator that puts the player in control of an AH-64 attack helicopter. Its missions are set across four separate combat theaters.

The simulation offers a challenging experience with a full suite of enemy forces to engage, including various armored vehicles, anti-aircraft defenses, and opposing aircraft. For those less experienced, an alternative arcade-style flight model with simpler controls is available alongside a dedicated training mode.

An updated version for Windows 9x systems was released the following year, which included some minor adjustments and a new package design.
