About Zico Soccer

Zico Soccer is a soccer simulation for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed under the guidance of the Brazilian footballer Zico. Its release occurred near the end of his playing career, and while his club team at the time, Kashima Antlers, is included, the remaining twenty four selectable sides are national teams.

Match control is handled through either a standard controller or the optional SNES mouse. A heads up display at the bottom of the screen presents an interface where a pointer selects players, who are represented by numbered icons. The primary match action is viewed from a flat perspective in the upper portion of the display.

Available modes include Exhibition matches, Training, and several tournament options such as the E.A. Cup and the Zico Cup, alongside a Configuration menu for settings.
