About We're Back!: A Dinosaur's Story

We're Back!: A Dinosaur's Story for the Super Nintendo is a side-scrolling action game. Its premise involves a rescue mission where Captain Neweyes and a group of dinosaurs must save their kidnapped friends from Professor Screw Eyes, a scenario that uses characters from the film but establishes its own plot.

The player primarily controls the dinosaur Rex through five stages set across different time periods. The core gameplay involves navigating these levels while evading hazards and confronting various enemies. Rex is occasionally assisted by other dinosaur characters during the adventure.

Mechanical support comes in the form of collectible power-ups. These items serve to restore and increase the character's health, providing a means to sustain progress through the stages.
