About War 3010: The Revolution

War 3010: The Revolution is a turn-based strategy game set in a future where humanity, enslaved by the alien Kyllen, has captured a fleet to begin a rebellion. Players command this fleet on a grid-based map, managing various ship classes like Fighters and Destroyers.

Each ship type possesses distinct capabilities, with movement range and combat effectiveness varying between long-range and short-range weaponry. Combat is reciprocal, as any surviving defending unit will automatically return fire when attacked. The game provides a menu for actions including moving units, reviewing terrain and unit data, and accessing a complete battlefield map that shows all forces.

As the campaign progresses, new strategic layers are introduced. Players can scout planets to acquire technology for ship upgrades and capture space stations to produce additional vessels. However, the fleet is reset between missions, as ships cannot be carried over.
