About Venom • Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety

"Venom • Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety" is a side-scrolling action game for one or two players, drawing its premise from a Marvel Comics storyline. The narrative involves a threat from an organization called the Life Foundation, which has created five symbiote offspring from Venom and intends to bond them with soldiers to create an army.

Players control either Spider-Man or Venom, who must work together to stop this plan. The gameplay involves traversing urban, natural, and subterranean environments while using punches, kicks, and combos to defeat enemies. A notable feature allows players to collect icons that summon other Marvel heroes, such as Captain America and Ghost Rider, for temporary assistance during the action.
