About Toride

Toride is a puzzle game that uses mahjong tiles. Its core objective involves clearing a stacked grid of these tiles, a concept familiar from games like Shanghai.

Gameplay centers on tile management. The player picks up individual exposed tiles from the layout, holding them in a hand. Pairs of identical tiles within the hand can be discarded to remove them. This creates a challenging constraint, as the hand may only hold a maximum of seven tiles; exceeding this limit results in failure. Some tiles remain hidden within the stack until they are drawn into the player's hand, adding a layer of planning.

Beyond the primary single-player experience, the game offers multiplayer options. Both competitive and cooperative two-player modes are available.
