About Super High Impact

Super High Impact is a football video game originally developed for arcades before being adapted to home consoles. It features eighteen teams, each with access to more than thirty different plays.

A notable mechanic is the Hit-O-Meter, which can trigger large-scale on-field fights. The game's tone is emphasized by phrases such as "EAT THIS!!!" and "FIGHT!!!". This style of play established it as a significant title in the arcade football genre prior to the arrival of later series like NFL Blitz.
