About Rocko's Modern Life: Spunky's Dangerous Day

Rocko's Modern Life: Spunky's Dangerous Day is a side-scrolling action title based on the Nickelodeon property. The player guides the character Rocko across three distinct environments: Rock-O-Whey Beach, the Hill-O-Stench garbage dump, and Laundryland.

Gameplay revolves entirely around safeguarding Rocko's dog, Spunky, from environmental hazards and hostile creatures. Rocko himself is invulnerable, but Spunky has a health bar. Primary actions include throwing the dog to higher, safer ledges and manipulating objects in the environment to cushion his falls or to combat enemies.

The narrative is delivered via comic book panels and includes other figures from the series, such as Heffer and the Bigheads. There is no time pressure, and the player begins with a set number of lives.
