About Newman/Haas IndyCar featuring Nigel Mansell

Newman/Haas IndyCar featuring Nigel Mansell is a licensed CART racing simulation for the Super Nintendo. Its career mode spans fifteen tracks across North America, beginning in Australia, and includes both oval and road courses. Players compete against twelve other drivers for the championship.

Two distinct play styles are offered: an challenging Simulation mode with strict rules, car damage, and tuning requirements, and a more forgiving Arcade mode. The game supports single races, a full season, and split-screen multiplayer for two human players or one player against the computer. Audio options allow for race sounds or music during gameplay.

Visually, it distinguishes itself from contemporary 16-bit racing titles through the use of polygonal structures placed around its circuits.
