About Mario Paint

Mario Paint is an educational title for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System that centers on creative expression. Its primary functions involve digital art creation, which can be done by drawing freely, applying color to pre existing sketches, or composing simple animations and greeting cards.

A specialized SNES Mouse peripheral serves as the main interface for these activities. Beyond visual art, the software includes a music composition tool where users can arrange notes and themes. It also contains a simple action diversion called "Gnat Attack", where the mouse controls a fly swatter.
