About First Samurai

First Samurai is a platform action title that integrates a medieval oriental setting. The narrative begins with a samurai's master being killed by a Demon King, who then flees to the future. The protagonist trains in magic and pursues the demon, armed with a desire for vengeance.

Gameplay involves navigating through levels where combat is primarily melee based. The player starts with basic martial arts attacks but can acquire a magical sword and projectile weapons like knives during the journey. Enemies continually respawn, though health restoration items are common, making the overall experience fair rather than unduly punishing.

Beyond standard platforming action, the game incorporates a variety of obtainable weapons and special items. These tools allow for attacks in multiple directions, supplementing the character's inherent punching and kicking abilities.
