About Bebe's Kids

"Bebe's Kids" is a side-scrolling beat 'em up based on an animated film. The film was notable for its all-Black main cast, originating from comedian Robin Harris's stand-up act about mischievous children.

Players control either Kahlil or LaShawn to fight through a hijacked amusement park. Each character possesses distinct special moves, such as a spin-tuck or powerful cartwheels. Opponents include animatronic robots and security guards.

The adventure spans several themed stages. One level tasks the player with breaking items in a china shop before they are caught or fall. Another is a haunted house maze where mummies must be avoided while searching for the correct door. The journey progresses through a pirate ship area and culminates in a confrontation at an underground control center.

Interactive elements extend beyond direct combat, as some objects can be picked up and thrown at foes. Several stages introduce specific objectives, like a time limit or a required number of items to destroy, making the pacing challenging.
