About Bazooka Blitzkrieg

Bazooka Blitzkrieg is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System title that requires the Super Scope light gun for play. The action is presented from a first person perspective, with the view scrolling horizontally across the city environment.

The player's objective is to defend the city by eliminating hostile robots known as XT7 Cyborg-Commando Fighting Machines, which were created by the Sylon Corporation. These machines pose a direct threat to the civilian population.

Gameplay involves targeting and firing upon the robotic enemies as they appear. The Super Scope offers two firing modes: a standard rapid shot and a more potent attack that must be charged. The experience is structured around three primary stages, each concluding with a boss encounter that requires sustained fire to defeat.

Before engaging the main campaign, players can opt for a training session referred to as Boot Camp to practice. The primary mode of play is called Blitzkrieg.

The game provides a bit of exposition between levels to justify exactly why you're single-handedly waging war against an robot army.
Right between the eyes! Good Shot!
Aside from your standard machine gun, you have a limited number of missiles at your disposal.
Shoot out the windows to reveal more bad guys, or perhaps a hidden power up or two.
Some of your opposition will try to get up close and personal (maybe their eyesight is bad).
This boss kinda reminds me of the Hunter-Killer Tank in the Terminator series, which was also feature as a stage 1 end boss to the Terminator 2 arcade shooting game. Coincidence? Hmmm....
Level 2 features a high-speed chase against robots on hover bikes. These guys really do have all the best toys...
