About Alien³
Alien³ is a side scrolling action title that adapts its cinematic counterpart. The setting is the prison colony Fiorina 161, where Ellen Ripley finds herself after her ship is compromised.
Players navigate large, maze like stages with the dual objectives of locating trapped prisoners and reaching an exit. This must be accomplished while evading or confronting alien creatures throughout the colony. The scenario involves Ripley and the inmates surviving these threats until rescue is possible.
Different versions of the game exist across platforms, but this particular iteration focuses on exploration and survival within its level structure. The core loop involves rescue and escape under persistent alien attack, making the experience challenging.
