About Wrestle War

Wrestle War is a professional wrestling game set within the fictional Sega Wrestling Alliance promotion. The player controls Bruce Blade, a new wrestler aiming to win the championship through a series of matches.

Its visual presentation uses sprites within a ring rendered with a pseudo 3D effect. To maintain visibility during fights, the perspective can shift by a 90 degree rotation if the action becomes obscured, allowing movement along different axes.

Gameplay involves a limited set of basic attacks, including punches, kicks, and grabs. Victory is achieved by depleting an opponent's life bar and then successfully pinning them. The wrestlers featured are original creations, though their designs may evoke familiar figures from other media.
