About Leander

"Leander" is a platform action game where the player controls a hero on a quest to rescue Princess Lucanna from the antagonist Thanatos. The primary means of interaction involves basic movement and combat, with a sword used against mutant creatures.

Progression is supported by collecting items that improve defensive capabilities and grant additional attempts. Currency can be acquired and spent to obtain new armaments. A specific hazard, represented by skull icons, triggers a confrontation with a spectral entity that requires specialized rune bombs to defeat.

The adventure is divided into distinct worlds, and a password system allows players to continue their progress after losing all lives, making the overall pacing fair.
