Review
Also known as
Crüe Ball: Heavy Metal Pinball クルー・ボール

A pinball game with nine levels, where you hit targets to unlock the top screen and advance.

Crüe Ball (Heavy Metal Pinball) was developed by NuFX and published by Electronic Arts for the Sega Genesis in 1992; it was the original release of this game on any platform, with no earlier arcade or computer version.

About Crüe Ball

Crüe Ball is a pinball video game themed around the rock band Motley Crüe, incorporating musical tracks from the group. The core experience involves navigating a vertically extended playfield divided into three distinct sections.

Progression is achieved by completing specific objectives on the lower sections, which then permits access to the highest screen. A successful ramp shot there allows advancement, with nine levels in total presenting different goals. The structure supports up to four participants in a turn based format.

An additional bonus mode diverges from pinball, featuring a pong style contest against animated skeletal opponents.
