About Bubsy II

Bubsy II is a platforming game where the protagonist, a bob-cat named Bubsy, explores a hyperdimensional mansion. This setting contains portals that transport the character to various locations and time periods.

The gameplay involves navigating large levels, which are accessible from the game's start in either of two wings, with one final stage being locked. These environments include an Egyptian pyramid, a sci-fi area, a musical world, a natural landscape, and a series of side-scrolling stages where Bubsy pilots an airplane.

Movement is characterized by high speed and jumping ability, reminiscent of titles like Sonic. Defeating enemies is accomplished by landing on their heads. The structure allows for non-linear progression through most of the game's areas.
