About Yoshi

Yoshi is a game where the player assists Mario by managing falling enemies such as Goombas, Bloopers, Boo Buddies, and Piranha Plants. These adversaries are caught on trays and must be organized to clear them from play.

Two primary methods are used to remove enemies. Matching two identical ones causes them to vanish, while trapping a group between two eggshell halves is another option. The number of enemies captured in this eggshell method determines which variation of Yoshi appears.

Player progress can be preserved using a password system, allowing for continuation at a later time. The core activity involves switching and shuffling the caught enemies to manage the ongoing descent.
