About Tiny Toon Adventures: Cartoon Workshop

Tiny Toon Adventures Cartoon Workshop casts the player as a director, constructing short animated scenes. A selection of characters from the series is available, though scenes are limited to a maximum of two characters at once.

To build a scene, the player can apply different character poses, animations, and background settings. Further customization is possible through the addition of sound effects, musical tracks, and text captions. The completed cartoon can only be preserved by connecting the Nintendo Entertainment System to a video cassette recorder.
