Tom and Jerry: Frantic Antics is a platform game where the player selects either Tom or Jerry to navigate ten levels. The objective is to rescue a character named Robyn from her Aunty Figg and return her to her father.

Gameplay involves avoiding traps and defeating hostile enemies. Players can collect items such as cheese, fish, and pizza for bonus points, while hearts provide extra lives and stars restore health. A password system allows progress to be saved and resumed.
