About Sumo Fighter

Sumo Fighter is a side scrolling platformer where the player controls a sumo wrestler on a rescue mission across five multi stage levels, each concluding with a boss encounter. Character progression is handled through an experience system, where points are earned from defeating enemies, finding power ups, and completing hidden mini games.

These points accumulate to allow level ups, at which time the player can enhance the character's maximum health or one of two available attacks: a basic fist strike or a stomp that can both damage and briefly stun opponents. The hidden mini games themselves are themed around wrestling variants like sumo, arm wrestling, and thumb wrestling, each functioning as a simple reaction based timing challenge.
