About Popeye

Popeye is an action title where the player navigates a top-down maze. The primary objective involves locating both Olive Oyl and a heart before a timer expires.

Successfully finding these items causes Swee'Pea to appear, and touching the baby completes the stage. The antagonist Bluto complicates this by moving the heart, releasing enemies, and confronting Popeye directly. An encounter with Bluto wastes time and can force the player to search for Olive again.

Wimpy places hamburgers that act as obstacles. A temporary power-up is provided by collecting spinach, which allows Popeye to defeat enemies and clear these blockades. The game is structured into three distinct courses, each containing five levels, making the overall experience challenging due to these combined pressures.
