Foreman for Real

Foreman for Real is a boxing game for the Game Boy featuring the endorsement of George Foreman. Its perspective and gameplay resemble the Punch Out series, offering a choice between two camera angles or an automatic switching option.

Players can engage in single exhibition bouts, structured tournaments, or a career mode. The career begins at the lowest world ranking, requiring victories over a roster of fictional boxers, each with distinct attributes, to reach the top. A coach provides pre-fight analysis to point out strategic weaknesses.

Match options include configuring the number of rounds from three to twelve, with official judges providing round-by-round scores. The available offensive moves consist of various punches and jabs. Progress in the career can be saved using a password system for each stage.
