About Beetlejuice

Beetlejuice for the Game Boy involves a rescue mission where the player character must free Lydia from her captor. The journey progresses through a series of distinct locations, beginning inside a house and eventually moving to external and otherworldly areas.

Initial stages require navigating various rooms, including the kitchen and living areas, before ascending to the attic. After exiting the house via the roof, the path leads to a graveyard that must be cleared of enemies to access a gateway. This gateway provides transport to a final, more challenging area known as the Neitherworld.

The concluding segment of the game takes place in this otherworldly setting, where the player confronts the antagonist Astoroth. The primary objective is to successfully complete this confrontation to save Lydia and conclude the adventure.
