Battle Space

Battle Space is distinguished by its use of the Barcade Boy peripheral, which was included with the game. Players engage with a core loop of combat to earn currency, which can then be spent on items between encounters.

The objective involves confronting evil across four distinct settings, each presented as a selectable scenario. These locations are The Castle of the Demon King, The Village of the Warriors, The Tower of the Wizard, and The Forest of the Citizens. Every scenario culminates in a battle against a boss opponent.

Character creation is a foundational step, requiring the distribution of points into several attributes such as Hit Points, Magic Points, and Special Ability. The Barcade Boy is used not only for general progression but also to access exclusive characters and unique enemies.
