Review
Also known as
鉄拳アドバンス

Master the fighting system with nine characters in single-player or linked two-player battles.

Tekken Advance is a Game Boy Advance game developed by Eighting and published by Namco, released in Japan on December 21, 2001, with other regions following in 2002. It is an original spin-off for the GBA, not a port of an earlier Tekken game, so its original release year is also 2001.

About Tekken Advance

Tekken Advance brings the arcade fighting experience to a handheld format. The roster consists of nine combatants, such as Jin Kazama, Nina Williams, and King. Players can engage in single-player modes or connect via link cable for two-player matches.

This adaptation operates with a simplified move set compared to its console and arcade counterparts. The execution timing for actions has been altered, and the game does not include hidden story sequences to unlock.
