About Rockman Zero

Rockman Zero is set in the 22nd century, a period where the threat of the Maverick Virus has been replaced by a new form of tyranny. The very army established to maintain peace has grown oppressive, enforcing a harsh and paranoid justice under its now cold and calculating leader.

In this bleak era, a resistance scientist named Ciel and her group discover a legendary warrior, Zero, reactivated within ancient ruins. He is a hero from a past conflict, now awakening to confront a dystopian future shaped by a figure from that same past. The responsibility for restoring freedom falls to this displaced warrior.
