About Robotech : The Macross Saga

Robotech: The Macross Saga for the Game Boy Advance is a licensed title structured as a 2D shooter. Its stages alternate between traditional side-scrolling sequences and segments employing a forced perspective view.

Players begin by choosing from four available characters. Progression through the game involves completing a set of eight levels, which are divided between the two distinct visual styles. Performance in these levels grants experience points used to enhance each character's five unique abilities.

Beyond the single-player campaign, multiplayer options are available through a link cable. These include a cooperative mode for two players and a competitive deathmatch that supports up to four participants.
