Playan - Portable AV Player

Mary-Kate and Ashley: Pocket Planner is a software title for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color that functions as a digital organizer with integrated games. Its primary utilities include a calendar for scheduling, a journal, a calculator, and a stopwatch, alongside tools for creating to-do lists and managing a phone book capable of auto-dialing via the system's link to a touch-tone phone.

The application allows for data entry about the user and their friends, with features to analyze this information for compatibility. It supports creating and exchanging secret messages between devices. Additional content comprises four games and unlockable items, such as printable photographs of the twins, which require the separate Game Boy Printer accessory. Other notable functions are an "Ask Ashley" advice tool and a "Crush Tester."
