About No Rules : Get Phat

No Rules: Get Phat is an action platformer for the Game Boy Advance. The player character, a boy named One Eye Jack, begins a mission to stop an alien invasion after they interrupt a television broadcast.

Gameplay involves navigating five worlds of side-scrolling environments. Jack travels on a skateboard, using basic movements like jumping and ducking to avoid hazards and reach platforms. His primary means of attack is a slingshot, which can be aimed in different directions, and he can also perform a spinning move. Levels are designed for exploration, often featuring vertical progression through elements like windows.

Health is managed through a limited supply that can be restored with first aid kits. A set number of lives are available, with more obtainable by finding collectible icons. A distinct rhythm-based combat system appears at the end of levels, where players must press directional buttons in time with on-screen cues to create an opening, then press the A button to attack.

Additional mechanics include grinding on rails and collecting vinyl records within a level. Finding all records in a stage unlocks new moves and tricks. The game's package included a physical fingerboard accessory.
